I think Colonial is good. Also taking laxatives. Eating fruits and vegetables. Wheat. Sodium removal. Drink lots of water. Nice to 8 hours. help your colon. But consult a doctor if they get worse. IBS is very common in young adults.

A large amount of fiber and 8 + cups of water per day. I started to live this way, 1 month ago and have been so regular, every day! and my skin is clean and healthy, and I feel so fresh and healthy.
ps I'm still on a diet, just do these 2 things makes all the difference in the world.
